Need Help Picking a City, School District or Zip Code? A Visual How-To
Before we describe advertising pricing, let us demonstrate the power of hyper-targeted localized marketing.
BlockShopper offers the unique opportunity reach visitors looking for property in a particular region - and therefore only pay for the visitors you want.
Some people search by city, others by Zip code, and still a third group by school district.
Nonetheless, every property boasts all three of these characteristics. Let's first look at a property page to see where these ads can be seen.
![]() | The primary ad space at the top of any property page is the Leaderboard. This space is reserved for the advertiser for the municipality, in this case Chesterfield. |
| Below the satellite photo on the right is the Zip code space. The advertiser who purchases a zip code will have their ad in this space on every property that is located in that zip code, in this case 63017. On the lower left, near the school data, is the school district ad. Here, it's Parkway, and this ad will show for every property in Parkway School District. | ![]() |
Note that the city leaderboard is the most prominent in size and most limited in page views. School districts and zip codes tend to be larger entities reaching many more pages, albeit with the half-banner ad sizes.
Also, more than the property pages for their respective regions, advertisers receive the landing pages and subdirectory pages - EXCLUSIVELY - for their regions. See an example of each below:
