BlockShopper Display Advertising Pricing



BlockShopper allows not only Hyper-Targeted Local Advertising, specialized product advertising (Foreclosures, New Construction, Highest Taxes) and Run of Site placement on literally EVERY PAGE.

So...what does it cost?

BlockShopper prices advertising in two general ways:

    1) Cost per thousand impressions (CPM): you pay only when a visitor sees your ad) and

    2) Sponsorship: when visitors see your ad and only your ad in specific areas for fixed amounts of time - month, week or day.
Let's use Kirkwood School District as an example. Here is a snapshot of the pricing from our Advertising Store:



A CPM price of $12.97 would mean that an advertiser would pay $12.97 for each thousand times a visitor viewed the ad.

Click on the box next to Kirkwood Schools and then proceed to the bottom of the page. Here, you are asked what your bid is per thousand views of your advertisement that will be seen in Kirkwood Schools. See the snapshot:



Here, the advertiser can bid not only the price of advertising, but also the budget. Our advertising store allows an advertiser to select a maximum per day, or just an overall maximum of advertising dollars - giving the advertiser ultimate control of the budget.

Note in our snapshot of the Kirkwood Schools ad prices, that $12.97 (CPM) is bold, whereas the sponsorship prices are slightly faded. That's because our default ad purchase type is CPM. To change the ad purchase type selection, go to the top of the Advertising store page.

An Advertiser can change the selection to one of our Sponsorship packages. Unlike CPM advertising, Sponsorship packages have a fixed cost per Time Period.

For a sponsor, the Sponsors Ad will be shown to literally EVERY viewer who seeks information in the Sponsors section.

Now, at the bottom of the page, the Advertiser is no longer presented with the budget options, since the 30-Day Sponsorship is fixed price and is asked to move on to the Next Step.
