Drs. Ustun Aydingoz and Selda Emre-Aydingoz bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 2110 Crystal Dr. in Crystal Lake Park for $431,500 from Michelle Jordan on Jan. 25.
Jordan paid $445,000 for the home in April 2006.
Kevin Cottrell of Keller Williams Southwest real estate was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $499,000 when it appeared on the market in August.
Dr. Ustun Aydingoz works in the Department of Radiology at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He specializes in musculoskeletal neoplasms and sports medicine. He earned his M.D. from the Hacettepe University School of Medicine in Ankara, Turkey.
Dr. Selda Aydingoz is a freelance medical writer and editor who was worked for the Center for Biomedical and Healthcare Research Services in St. Louis. She has previously worked in the same role in Ankara, Turkey.
She also earned her M.D. from the Hacettepe University School of Medicine.
Home sales in Crystal Park Lake dropped 46 percent in 2007. The median sale price also dropped $181,000 last year, from $415,000 in 2006 to $234,000 in 2007.
