University professor selling Kirkwood 3BD

Nina Tumosa and her husband, Thomas Sandler, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 339 Wind Grove Road in Kirkwood for $397,000.

The 2,650-square-foot, single-story house was built in 1984.

Tumosa is an internal medicine professor in the geriatric medicine division of Saint Louis University School of Medicine, as well as a health education officer in the geriatrics research, education and clinical center of St. Louis Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

She graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1981.

There were 562 home sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $195,000.
