AG Edwards exec lists Clarkson Valley 3BD

Donald M. Benage and his wife, Diane, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 2289 Ridgley Woods Dr. in Clarkson Valley for $449,900.

The 3,012-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1983.

Mr. Benage is a lead product manager at A.G. Edwards Inc., a financial services holding company which provides securities and commodities brokerage, investment banking, trust services and other related financial services. Prior to joining A.G. Edwards, he was chief technology officer at G.A. Sullivan Co.

Earlier, he worked for the Microsoft Corp., for five years.

Mrs. Benage has worked as practice administrator at University Hematology Oncology, Inc.

There were 40 home sales in Clarkson Valley in 2008, with a median sales price of $619,000.
