Christopher E. Erblich and his wife, Lorraine, have listed their five-bedroom, 4.5-bath at 26 Lake Forest Dr. in Richmond Heights for the asking price of $1.39 million.

The Erblichs paid $1.225 million for the property in June 2006. The 4,467-square-foot house was built in 1934.
