Gary P. Reeve and his wife, Colleen C. Reeve, have listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 900 S. Hanley Road in Clayton for $624,900.
The Reeves paid $550,000 for Unit #15E in May 2006.
Mr. Reeve has been the co-owner, president and chief executive officer of Midwest Medical Supply Co., LLC, a medical supply company.
The 15-story high-rise building at 900 S. Hanley Road is known as the Hanley Towers. It was constructed in 1964.
Sales at Hanley Towers dropped 60 percent from 2006-2007. The median sales price also dropped 38.2 percent during that time period.
There were 191 condo sales in Clayton in 2008, with a median sales price of $240,000.
