Oncologist, internist swap Frontenac 3BD

Dr. Rajanish Singla sold his three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1 Lynnbrook Road in Frontenac to Dr. Patrick A. Oruwari for $425,000 on Feb. 26.

Singla acquired the property for $410,000 in May 2008. The 2,152-square-foot house was built in 1955.

Dr. Singla is the director of the Center for Radiation Oncology at Metropolitan Urological Specialists. He specializes in medical imaging.

Previously, he was an assistant clinical professor at the University Hospitals of Cleveland and assistant professor at George Washington University Hospital.

He earned his B.S. from Kent State University and his M.D. from the Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine. He completed his internship at Christ Hospital in Ohio and his residency in radiation oncology at Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois

Dr. Oruwari is an internist and psychiatrist in St. Louis. He specializes in psychiatry and neurology, internal medicine, preventive medicine and emergency medicine.

He earned his M.D. from the University of Jos in Plateau, Nigeria and his graduate education in psychiatry from the New Jersey Medical School and the Veteran Affairs Medical Center.

There were 59 home sales in Frontenac in 2008, with a median sales price of $632,000.
