Massage therapist unloads Kirkwood 4BD

Lisa Telthorst sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1319 Forest Ave. in Kirkwood to Robert E. Abbott for $655,000 on March 6.

Lisa Telthorst, along with Dean Telthorst, acquired the property for $215,000 in July 1999. The 3,138-square-foot house was built in 2000.

Ms. Telthorst is a licensed massage therapist and the owner of Life in Balance Massage Therapy in Kirkwood. She is also a registered dental hygienist.

She earned her bachelorâ€™s in dental hygiene from the University of Missouri School of Dentistry. She also attended the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis.

There were 520 home sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median price of $195,750.
