Steven and Patricia Shawley have listed for sale their four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 21 Upper Conway Court in Chesterfield for $799,900.

The Shawleys paid $1,036,459 for the property in May 2007. The 5,217-square-foot house, which is in August Hill on Conway, was built in 2006.

Mr. Shawley has served as the senior vice president and the chief financial officer at Ingersoll Rand, a global diversified industrial company. Prior to that, he was the senior vice president and the president of the climate control technologies sector with Ingersoll Rand.

He was also president, vice president and controller at Thermo King, where he handled finance, information technology and treasury. For 20 years, he held various financial positions at Westinghouse.

He completed his B.S. from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
