Realtor, internist list 4BD for $1M

Evren Senol and Dr. Laurie D. Senol have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 145 Hawthorne Estate in Town & Country for $1 million.
The Senols paid $804,000 for the property in Dec. 2004. The 4,274-square-foot house was built in 2000.
Mr. Senol is a certified residential specialist, certified new home specialist and a broker at Evren Senol Realty. Previously, he was a realtor at Evren Senol & Associates, Realty Executives West County and Prudential Select Properties.
He received his M.S. in system science and engineering from Washington University in 1998.
Dr. Senol is an internist with the Mercy Medical Group.
She received her M.D. from the University Of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine, and completed her residency and graduate education at St John’s Mercy Medical Center.
There were 132 sales in Town & Country in 2008, with a median sales price of $650,000.
