Stephen E. Laratta and his wife, Cassie, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 613 Grand View Ridge Court in Eureka for $399,000.

The Larattas bought the property for $445,000 in June 2006. The 3,408-square-foot house was built in 2000.

Mr. Laratta is the senior director of industrial supply with Georgiaâ€"Pacific, a manufacturer of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging, building products and related chemicals. Prior to this, he was the market segment development manager for the company.

He attended Southeast Missouri State University.

There were 186 home sales in Eureka in 2008, with a median sales price of $230,000.
