David C. Salivar and his wife, Laura, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 604 Wood Fern Dr. in Unincorporated Southwest County for $699,000.

The 3,370-square-foot house was built in 1989.

Mr. Salivar is a partner and co-founder of Saliver & Harms, LLP, in St. Louis. Prior to this, he worked with the law firm of Tremayne, Lay, Carr and Bauer, Peat Marwick Mitchell and Co., (now KPMG) and Hush Eppenberger.
