Gregory J. Kozicz and his wife, Johanne, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 225 Oakwood Ave. in Webster Groves for $899,000.

The Koziczs bought the property for $860,000 in Aug. 2004. The 3,420-square-foot house was built in 1900.

Mr. Kozicz is the chief executive officer and president of Alberici Corp. He is also president of Alberici Constructors, which provides general contracting, construction management, specialty contracting and design-build services.

His primary responsibilities include maximizing shareholder return, leading corporate strategy and maintaining communication with employees, clients and organizations critical to the success of the corporation. Prior to this, he worked for eight years in senior level positions at Aecon Group, Inc., as Canadian diplomat and chief of staff to Canada’s science minister.

He earned degrees in economics and history from the University of Ottawa in Canada, and master's in law and diplomacy as well as his Ph.D. in international relations from the Fletcher School.

There were 400 home sales in Webster Groves in 2008, with a median sales price of $203,000.
