Urological surgeon gets Olivette 4BD

Dr. Steven W. Bigg bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 9246 Old Bonhomme Road in Olivette from Gerald G. Brooks for $345,000 on March 10.

The 1,724-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1966.

Dr. Bigg is a urological surgeon at the Metropolitan Urological Specialists Center for Radiation Oncology. He also practices at St. Lukes Hospital Chesterfield and at Christian Hospital Northeast.

He earned his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and his M.D. from Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He completed his internship and his residency in urology at the Washington University School of Medicine.

There were 127 home sales in Olivette in 2008, with a median sales price of $236,250.
