James B. Malloy has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 8025 Maryland Ave. in Clayton for $3.499 million.
The 4,021-square-foot Unit #16C is part of the Maryland Walk condominium development. It was built in 2006 and has 99 units on 17 floors.
Ann Carter of Janet McAfee Real Estate is the listing agent.
Mr. Malloy has served as president and chief executive officer of Jefferson Smurfit Corp., and the Container Corp., of America.
In 1985, he served as honorary parade marshal of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in St. Louis.
Sales at Maryland Walk were up 7.4 percent from 2006-07, while the median sales price rose 2.9 percent during that time.
There were 188 condo sales in Clayton in 2008, with median sales price of $240,000.
