Growth association board member lists $2.199M 5BD

George E. Klenovich and his wife, Karin, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 44 Broadview Dr. in Clayton for $2.199 million.

The Klenovichs paid $656,000 for the property in Aug. 2001. The 5,168-square-foot house was built in 1936.

Mr. Klenovich is a board member with the St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth Association. Previously, he was a managing principal in the Chicago office of Reznick Group P.C.

Before that, he was a partner and director of entrepreneurial services at Ernst & Young, LLP, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services.

He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.

There were 188 sales in Clayton in 2008, with a median sales price of $487,538.
