J. Michael Searles and Elizabeth Searles have listed for sale their four-bedroom, three-bath home at 16496 Walnut Rail Road in Clarkson Valley for $689,900.

The 2,592-square-foot house, which is in Kehrs Mill Trails, was built in 1978. Robert Waters is the listing agent for the home.

Searles has served as a vice president and principal at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, a commercial real estate firm. Prior to that, he worked as a commercial banker in the St. Louis market and as a commercial lender and senior vice president at Commerce Bank of St. Louis.

He was also a former director of the Missouri Goodwill Industries and a president of the Chesterfield Kiwanis Club.
