Microsoft account manager buys 4BD in Oakville

Jeffrey and Susan Kaznica bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 7591 Shadybridge Dr. in Oakville from Angela M. Kendall for $290,000 on Feb. 12.

The 2,771-square-foot house, which is in Finestowne Ridge, was built in 1996.

Kaznica has served as a partner account manager with the Microsoft Corp. He was previously a strategic engagement manager at Microsoft.

Prior to that, he was a senior account rep at ASAP Software.

He attended Webster University.

There were 347 home sales in Oakville in 2008, with a median sales price of $210,000.
