Alan and Judith Dothage have listed for sale their three-bedroom, two-bath home at 7811 Grantwood Oaks Court in Crestwood for $475,000.

The Dothages paid $260,000 for the property in Jan. 1999. The 2,072-square-foot house, which is in the Grantwood neighborhood, was built in 1990.
