Robin and Pamela Renschen bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1623 Carman Manor Court in Manchester from Julie A. Gampp for $375,000 on March 16.
Gampp acquired the house for $410,000 in Nov. 2007. The 2,587-square-foot house in the neighborhood of Carman Acres was built in 1992.
Mr. Renschen is director of training at McCarthy Building Cos., Inc. He previously served as director of training and development at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods.
He has also been a strategy and product manager at John Deere Agri Services, business unit marketing manager at Orkin Pest Control and account executive at Hallmark Cards.
He attended Central Missouri State University.
There were 228 sales in Manchester in 2008, with a median price of $190,000.
