Margaret and Oscar DeNarvaez are selling a four-bedroom, seven-bath home at 2524 Bopp Road in Town & Country for $2.295 million.

The DeNarvaezes paid $2.05 million for the two-story, 6,558-square-foot home in Oct. 2005. It is in the Frontenac Forest neighborhood.

Ms. DeNarvaez is the president and chief executive officer of St. John's Mercy Health Care. She is also on the Mercy Health Plan, Inc., board of directors.

There were 126 sales in Town & Country in 2008, with a median sales price of $699,950.
