Metal company exec sells Kirkwood 3BD

Gregory M. Brasel sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 519 S. Ballas Road in Kirkwood to Anna M. Setien for $275,000 on March 27.

Brasel paid $275,000 for the property in May 2007. The 1,393-square-foot house was built in 1925.

Mr. Brasel has been the president at Megamet Solid Metals, Inc. Prior to that, he served as the firm’s vice president of manufacturing and product development division.

There were 515 home sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $193,000.
