Dr. William J. Catalona and his wife, Janet, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8024 Park Dr. in Richmond Heights for $1.599 million.

The 5,903-square-foot house was built in 1930.

Dr. Catalona is a researcher and a prostate cancer surgeon. He is the editor of the Urological Research Foundation's newsletter, Quest, and has developed the prostate cancer information website, drcatalona.com.

He is also a professor in the department of urology at the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine and is director of the clinical prostate cancer program of Northwestern's Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center. He was a member of the faculty of the Washington University School of Medicine, serving as chief of its urology division for 14 years.

He attended Yale Medical School.
