Gregory and Marian Snapp have listed for sale a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 723 Fairfield Lake Dr. in Town & Country for $599,000.

The Snapps acquired the 2,492-square-foot unit for $440,000 in Nov. 2008. It is part of the Fairfield Condos.

Mr. Snapp has served as a stock broker with Edward Jones, eventually becoming partner and vice president of the firm's St. Louis office.

Sales at the Fairfield Condos were up 100 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price rose 14.4 percent during that time.

There were 125 sales in Town & Country in 2008, with a median price of $699,900.
