Charles B. Southern, III, and Elizabeth C. Southern have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2 Highgate Road in Olivette for $460,000.

The Southerns acquired the house for $317,500 in May 1999. The 2,102-square-foot house in the Chevy Chase neighborhood was built in 1951.

Ms. Southern is an independent construction professional based in St. Louis.
