Fiscal operations VP lists Clarkson Valley 4BD

John and Leora Fuhler have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2212 Whitby Rd. in Clarkson Valley for $463,000.

The Fuhlers acquired the house for $395,000 in Sept. 2003. The 2,886-square-foot house was built in 1975.

Mr. Fuhler serves as senior vice president for fiscal operations at Suddenlink Communications. Previously, he was vice president of fiscal operations for AAT Communications and vice president of finance for Charter Communications’ Eastern Division.

He received his B.S. in accounting from Eastern Illinois University.

There were 42 sales in Clarkson Valley in 2008, with a median price of $600,000.
