Hospital board treasurer lists 3BD in Ladue

Edward T. Hempstead has listed for sale a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 27 Twin Springs Lane in Ladue for $2.85 million.

The 6,014-square-foot house was built in 1966.

Mr. Hempstead is treasurer of the boad of governors at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. He previously served as managing partner of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in St. Louis.

There were 164 sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median price of $627,250.
