Custom home builder, pilates instructor list Kirkwood 4BD

Larry and Robin Schmeerbauch listed for sale a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 317 N. Woodlawn Ave. in Kirkwood for $1.15 million.
The 4,488-square-foot house was built in 1909.
Mr. Schmeerbauch is co-founder of Schmeerbauch Custom Homes, which, together with his brothers Randy and Mike Schmeerbauch, he founded in 1985.
Ms. Schmeerbauch is a certified NIA instructor with the Pilates and Yoga Center of St. Louis.
There were 508 home sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median price of $191,500.
