Dennis P. Guilliams bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 38 Clermont Lane in Ladue from Citimortgage, Inc., for $451,000 on March 18.

Citimortgage Inc. foreclosed on the property in Dec. 2008. The 2,971-square-foot house, which was built in 1951, is in the Clermont Lane neighborhood.

Guilliams was the headmaster at Chesterfield Day School, the second headmaster in the school’s history. He was also the admissions director at St. Louis Priory School and was a member of the NAIS Rapid Response Network.

He has held a variety of administrative positions including upper and middle school division head, admission director, financial aid director, and director of summer school operations within several independent schools. He has taught and coached in private, public and parochial schools since 1971.

There were 164 home sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median sales price of $627,250.
