Udonna Eke-Okoro bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 13 Terrace Gardens in Frontenac from Rolwes Homes, Inc., for $400,000 on March 19.
The 3,081-square-foot house, which was built in 1954, is in the Terrace Gardens neighborhood.
Eke-Okoro is a project manager and vice president at Wachovia Securities in St. Louis. Prior to that, she worked as a project lead at Merrill Lynch, a project manager at Alpha Resources and as an analyst at Accenture.
She graduated from the Federal University of Technology Owerri with a degree in electronics and computer engineering. She earned an M.S. in telecommunications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
There were 52 home sales in Frontenac in 2008, with a median sales price of $641,000.
