Northwestern Mutual rep sells Oakville CDP 4BD

Jennifer and Charles Budt sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 3236 Forest Lane Court in Oakville CDP to Robert and Kathleen Sutter for $250,000 on March 24.

The Budts paid $263,500 for the property in May 2004. The 2,340-square-foot house, which was built in 1998, is in the Forest Creek neighborhood.

Mrs. Budt works as an associate financial representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, an insurance company. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, she worked as a case manager at The Blair Agency/Capitas Financial.

She attended the University of Utah.

There were 313 home sales in Oakville CDP in 2008, with a median sales price of $212,000.
