Dr. William C. Dunagan and Terry G. Dunagan sold a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 18 Clermont Lane in Ladue to Steven and Jan Rolls for $1.8 million on March 24.
The 4,712-square-foot house, which was built in 1927, is in Clermont Lane neighborhood.
Dr. Dunagan is an internal medicine and infectious diseases specialist. He serves as a professor of medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine, as vice president of system quality for BJC Health System and as co-director of the Center for Healthcare Quality and Effectiveness.
He completed his B.E.S. and M.S. in biomedical engineering at the University of Texas and his M.D. at Washington University.
Mr. Rolls serves as the senior vice president and chief financial officer at Furniture Brands International, Inc. Prior to that, he worked as an executive vice president of the customer management group at Convergys Corp.
He also held financial, marketing and sales positions with BF Goodrich, Alberto Culver and Wilson Sporting Goods.
He earned a B.A. in business administration from Miami University and a master’s of business administration from Ohio State University.
There were 164 home sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median sales price of $635,000.
