Bruce R. Baccus sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 8000 Seminole Dr. in Clayton to Mark Sandquist for $550,000 on March 25.

Baccus paid $548,000 for the property in June 2005. The 2,256-square-foot house, which was built in 1940, is in the Davis Place neighborhood.

Mr. Baccus serves as the executive vice president of the agribusiness division at the European Financial Management and Marketing Association, a leading association of banks, insurance companies and financial institutions throughout Europe. He has also been the executive vice president of the agribusiness division at Rabobank and Valley Independent Bank.
