Patrick J. Rooney sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 236 Ladue Oaks Dr. in Creve Coeur to Primacy Closing Corp., for $642,500 on March 26.

Rooney, along with his wife Anita C. Rooney, paid $565,000 for the property in Sept. 2003. The 3,477-square-foot house, which was built in 1968, is in the Ladue Pines neighborhood.

Mr. Rooney serves as the chief executive officer and president of Centene Corps.'s Indiana subsidiary, Managed Health Services. He has more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare financial industry.

Prior to that, he was the firm’s vice president of Health Plan Finance. He also worked with Mercy Health Plans and Group Health Plans.

He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

There were 207 home sales in Creve Coeur in 2008, with a median sales price of $337,500.
