Plumbing company owner sells Town & Country 4BD

Milton H. Loft sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 14204 Manderleigh Woods Dr. in Town & Country to Roberto Sffair for $750,000 on April 2.
Loft paid $718,370 for the property in 2000. The 4,255-square-foot house, which was built in 2000, is in the Manderleigh of Town & Country neighborhood.
Loft is the owner of Mission Sales and Marketing, a company that sells, markets and services products from manufacturers to distributors in the plumbing industry. The company was launched in 1997.
There were 125 home sales in Town & Country in 2008, with a median sales price of $699,900.
