Robert P. Semaan sold a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 17 Grand Meridien Forest in Wildwood to Ramond J. Kollar for $1.632 million on April 3.
Semaan paid $1.875 million for the property in 2006. The 7,189-square-foot house, which was constructed in 2004, is in the Meridien neighborhood.
Semaan has served as the chief executive officer and co-owner of Access US, a St. Louis-based internet service provider. Previously, he was the CEO and co-owner of 321 Studios, a DVD copying software company which closed in 2004.
He graduated from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
There were 499 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $335,000.
