Brett E. Singleton sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1605 Timber Bend Court in Wildwood to Christopher Teague for $280,000 on April 3.

The 2,476-square-foot house, which was built in 1989, is in the Timber Ridge Estates neighborhood.

Singleton is a marketing director at Central Missouri Pizza. He was a senior manager of brand creative services at Anheuser-Busch Cos., Inc., where he previously held several management roles.

Prior to joining Anheuser-Busch, he worked as a media supervisor at Backer Spielvogel Bates and as a media planning supervisor at Ketchum Comminications. Before that, he was a media planner at Bozell, Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt Advertising.

He earned his B.S. in advertising from the University of Kansas in 1984.

There were 499 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $335,000.
