Timothy T. Chole and his wife, Noelle, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2323 Kingstowne Way Court in Wildwood to Reed T. Risinger for $296,500 on April 7.

The Choles bought the property for $285,250 in July 2005. The 2,396-square-foot house, which was built in 1994, is in the neighborhood of Kingstowne Estates.

Mr. Chole has worked as an IC marketing manager at Gambro Renal Products in St. Louis. He has also served in marketing positions at Fleming Pharmaceuticals and Watsons Pharmaceuticals.

He graduated from the University of California-Davis.

There were 500 home sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $335,000.
