Ohio pastor sells 4BD in Glendale

Brian Q. Newcomb and his wife, Susan, sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1389 N. Berry Road in Glendale to James and Rebecca Blake for $270,000 on April 13.

The 1,835-square-foot house, which was built in 1924, is in Kiels neighborhood.

Mr. Newcomb serves as the senior pastor at David's United Church of Christ in Kettering, Ohio. Prior to that, he served as a pastor at Christ Church UCC.

He attended the Eden Theological Seminary.

There were 115 home sales in Glendale in 2008, with a median sales price of $263,000.
