Todd S. Snyder and his wife, Molly, sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 8598 Colonial Lane in Ladue to Charles and Memory Craig for $326,750 on April 13.

Snyder paid $335,500 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 1,295-square-foot house, which was built in 1952, is in the Colonial Park neighborhood.

Mr. Snyder is an associate attorney in the tax and estate planning practice group at Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a presidential management fellow in Washington, D.C., where he examined tax policy for the IRS.

He earned his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law and his B.S. in political science from Miami University.

There were 162 home sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median sales price of $640,000.
