Tax lawyer lands Clayton 3BD

Todd S. Snyder and his wife, Molly, bought a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 420 Oakley Dr. in Clayton from Sally and Edwin Ellston for $451,000 on April 13.
The 2,340-square-foot house, which was built in 1926, is in the Wydown Forest neighborhood.
Mr. Snyder is an associate attorney in the tax and estate planning practice group at Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. Before that, he worked as a presidential management fellow in Washington, D.C., where he examined tax policy for the IRS.
He received his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law and his B.S. in political science from Miami University.
There were 180 home sales in Clayton in 2008, with a median sales price of $475,000.
