Mr. Snyder is an associate attorney in the tax and estate planning practice group at Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. Before that, he worked as a presidential management fellow in Washington, D.C., where he examined tax policy for the IRS.

He received his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law and his B.S. in political science from Miami University.

There were 180 home sales in Clayton in 2008, with a median sales price of $475,000.
