Neil B. Gellman and his wife, Suzanne, sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 8114 Gannon Ave. in University City to Bradley Fercho and his wife, Ellen, for $455,000 on April 13.

Mr. Gellman paid $310,000 for the property in May 2000. The 2,385-square-foot house was built in 1939.

Mr. Gellman is a real estate executive and investor at Coldwell Banker Premier Group.

Mrs. Gellman is a family financial education specialist with St. Charles County.

Mr. Fercho has served as the president of Mallinckrodt, Inc. He was also the vice president of sales and marketing at Everest Biomedical Instruments Co., and BrainScope Co., Inc.

He holds a B.S. in marketing from Arizona State University.
