Mrs. Gellman is a family financial education specialist with St. Charles County.
Mr. Fercho has served as the president of Mallinckrodt, Inc. He was also the vice president of sales and marketing at Everest Biomedical Instruments Co., and BrainScope Co., Inc.
He holds a B.S. in marketing from Arizona State University.
Mrs. Fercho is a former board member of the AIDS Foundation in St. Louis.
There were 718 home sales in University City in 2008, with a median sales price of $150,000.
