Dr. Sabina Morga and her husband, Alexandre, bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1909 Larimer Trail in Wildwood from Edward D. Sempsrott and his wife, Debra, for $395,000 on April 20.

The Sempsrotts paid $425,000 for the property in Sept. 2004. The 2,516-square-foot house, which was built in 1988, is in the Village of Winding Trails neighborhood.

Dr. Morga is an internist with Verzosa Ungab Internal Medicine Associates PC. in Memphis, Tenn. She is also affiliated with Baptist Memorial Hospital.

She received her M.D. from SABA University School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Mary's Health Center Program.

There were 491 sales in Wildwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $329,800.
