Adil Rahman and his wife, Rabia, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12 Clerbrook Lane in Ladue from Anita S. Graves for $515,000 on April 20.

The 2,473-square-foot house, which was built in 1961, is in the neighborhood of Clerbrook.

Mr. Rahman is a team lead in IAS engineering at Monsanto. Previously, he was a technical team leader of the database support team with the company and he worked as an Oracle DBA at Sigma Aldrich and at Ora-Tech Systems.

He attended the Washington University Olin Business School and the University of Engineering and Technology.

There were 164 sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median sales price of $635,000.
