Deborah Zorensky sold a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 162 N. Central Ave. in Clayton to Tracey C. Marshall for $1.8 million on April 20.

Zorensky paid $1.475 million for the property in Oct. 1999. The 6,312-square-foot house, which was built in 1997, is in the neighborhood of Bemiston.

Zorensky is the owner at the Center for Mind, Body & Spirit, a holistic wellness center in St. Louis.

She received her master's in allied health with an emphasis on nutrition from the Barnes Jewish Hospital School of Nursing and Allied Health. She also has a bachelor's in dietetics from Fontbonne College.

There were 181 sales in Clayton in 2008, with a median sales price of $475,000.
