Lori R. Mersman sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 8546 Colonial Lane in Ladue to Daniel C. Buescher and his wife, Mary, for $380,000 on April 15.

Mersman paid $255,000 for the property in March 2002. The 2,770-square-foot house, which was built in 1947, is in the neighborhood of Colonial Park.

Mersman is a fundraising consultant with the Partners for the Advancement of Surgical Education.

There were 164 sales in Ladue in 2008, with a median sales price of $635,000.
