Cedar Hill doctor lists 4BD in Kirkwood

Dr. Joseph F. Eickmeyer has listed for sale his four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 385 E. Clinton Place in Kirkwood for $369,900.
Dr. Eickmeyer, along with his wife Julie Eickmeyer, paid $350,000 for the property in Nov. 2004. The 2,400-square-foot house was built in 2002.
Dr. Eickmeyer is a family doctor at Cedar Hill Medical. He is also affiliated at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis.
He earned his D.O. from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed his residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center and finished his graduate education at Forest Park Hospital.
There were 505 home sales in Kirkwood in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
