Michael and John Beck bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 8006 Gannon Ave. in University City from Robert and Dorotha Kresko for $357,500 on April 21.

The 2,003-square-foot house, which was built in 1936, is in the neighborhood of West University.

Michael and John Beck are partners in the law firm, Beck & Beck, which has offices in Farmington, Perryville and Park Hills.

Michael Beck earned his bachelor’s and law degrees from St. Louis University. John Beck attended the University of Missouri, where he also obtained his law degree.

There were 718 home sales in University City in 2008, with a median sales price of $150,000.
