Anesthesiologist sells Creve Coeur 4BD

Dr. Steven Edward Feit and his wife, Marcia, sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 122 S. Graeser Road in Creve Coeur to John and Diane Cody for $605,000 on April 22.

The 4,234-square-foot house, which was built in 1977, is in the neighborhood of Westwood On Ladue.

Dr. Feit is an anesthesiologist with the Progress West Healthcare Center in Fallon. He is also affiliated with Kenneth Hall Regional Hospital in East St. Louis.

He earned his medical degree at the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine and finished his residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

There were 202 home sales in Creve Coeur in 2008, with a median sales price of $335,000.
